Lawn Bowls

In PE for the last few weeks, we have been learning how to play lawn bowls. The students have had a lot of fun learning how to hold a bowl and account for its bias (the side to which the bowl curves).

Our student’s impressed lawn bowls coach Glenn Imerson who taught some of the sessions at our school.

Aside from learning the basics of lawn bowls, the students also learnt that lawn bowls is a sport that people of all ages can participate in without injuring themselves.
